WisGo in the Umo App™ is southeastern Wisconsin’s newest way to plan your trip, track your bus, and pay for your ride, all in one place.

Your U-PASS provides you unlimited rides on the MCTS during your enrollment as a full-time student in a participating institution.

Transfers and Passes

 

M•CARD
Transfer		 When you use Stored Cash Value on your M•CARD to ride, a 90-minute transfer is automatically added to your card for free. If paying with cash, you must have an M•CARD to receive the transfer. When transferring from a local route to a premium route, you will need to pay an additional 50 cents (regular or reduced fare). Ride MCTS App Transfer When you buy a ticket on the Ride MCTS app you can use it to get on any bus as long as you still have time left on the ticket. The ticket has a very prominent countdown clock. Once the time hits zero, the ticket will disappear from your ticket drawer and you’ll need to buy another ticket to ride again. Click here to learn more.
1-Day Pass Good for unlimited rides from first boarding until end of the service that same day. 1-Day Pass can be purchased on the bus. Click here to learn more.
7-Day Pass Good for unlimited rides for 7 days from first boarding until end of the service the 7th day.
31-Day Pass Good for unlimited rides for 31 days from first boarding until end of the service the 31st day.

Refunds There are no refunds for fares – mobile or otherwise. Any other associated fees are non-refundable. If you think that we have made an error in taking or processing your fare purchase, please call MCTS customer service during normal business hours.
