Report an Accident or Incident
If you were directly involved in an accident or incident involving an MCTS bus, you will need to report any property damage or injuries to the MCTS Risk Management Department by calling (414) 937-3247 or emailing Risk_Management@mcts.org.
Please have all details of the incident/accident with the 4 digit bus number along with any damages or injuries. A Risk Management team member will record your information and notify you of the next steps. Click here for more information.
